A Long Day!

The kids were all up early Friday morning ready to open presents from Santa...then they were up late cause we were visiting Opa and Oma Marg...then up again early Saturday morning ready to play with their new goodies.

So last night, Sydney was the last to go to bed..she wanted to watch hockey with me and Ryan.  A few minutes later she asked for a yogurt, so I gave it to her and left her at the table to eat it while I went back to watch the hockey game.

A little while later, I realized she was being too quite...I went to see what she was up to and this is what I found...

 

And still holding the yogurt container...

I laughed so hard...she must have been exhausted....I got her cleaned up and to bed without her even opening her eyes!

So Moose's actual due date is January 7, 2010.... I can't wait to meet him/her!

Mia's 5!

Mia turned 5 on Dec 8....I can't believe how fast time flies...

I made her cake this year...the first time I've ever made one too.  I was going to make pink frosting, but at the last second she decided that she wanted purple...thank goodness Anne has loaned me red AND blue food colour!
