Only the Good Die Young!

We lost a good man on Tuesday. Mick had a heart attack and left this earth. He was only 55 years old.

Needless to say, there are a great many people who are very very sad today...and many (including me) are travelling home for the funeral. I'm leaving Friday night and will be back on Thursday.

I was talking to Mick Tuesday afternoon on the phone and we were laughing and joking around. He couldn't wait until I came in June, he was looking forward to seeing Sydney walking. He sounded great...better then ever in fact.

Sydney's First Haircut

Sydney has started to look a little rough around the edges, so we decided to get her first haircut. We took her to Cookie Cutters (crazy expensive, but I only did it for the first haircut for the girls). Surprisingly, it went really well!!

Horseback Riding - week 2

Ethan was a little stinker this week....giving the horse a hard time and he got thrown, but his leaders caught him. I hope he learned his lesson that you can't yank on the reins or the horse is going to get ticked off.
